Hitler's Henchmen IGoering - The Marshall (Episode 4)

Half war-monger, half comedian - more so than any of the Dictator's other aides, Hermann Göring embodied the two faces of the murderous Nazi regime. His contemporaries mostly saw the jovial face of the "Third Reich" in the Reichsmarschall. As one of Hitler's oldest companions, Göring made the brown-shirted orator socially acceptable and helped to hoist the future dictator to the heights of unlimited power. The old war horse and much decorated war hero with the common touch was Hitler's lackey and right up to the end of the war was considered to be the "Second-in-Command" after the Fuhrer.
